APAP Tribute submission form
  • Submit an APAP Tribute to a Colleague

Do you know a performing arts colleague who has recently passed? APAP invites tributes from APAP members.
  • More than anything, it is the people that make the APAP community special.

APAP Tributes is an online place where we can celebrate and reflect on our colleagues who are no longer with us who have recently passed.

APAP members are invited to submit a tribute via the form below.

View all published tributes on the APAP website here.

Want to add an image to an existing tribute? Email us at communications@apap365.org. If you would like to add your tribute to an existing tribute, you may do so in the comments section of that person's tribute page.

Have any questions? Contact APAP at communications@apap365.org.

  • Step 1: Submitting Your Written Tribute

Insert your tribute in the space below. You may write your tribute like a traditional biographical obituary or as a personal tribute to your colleague. If it is the latter, we may include your name.

If more than one tribute is submitted on the same person, APAP may combine the tributes.

If the tribute is already published, we ask that you submit your tribute on the comments section of that person's tribute page.

  • Step 2: Submitting Your Photos

Below is information on how to submit the primary photo and additional photos.

For all photos, please include the person's name and any relevant information in the file name. (i.e. Smith_Jane.jpg or Smith_Jane_2020 Awards Show.jpg or Smith_Jane and June Jones.jpg)

The image should be at least 500 x 500 pixels and no more than 1200 x 800 pixels. If you don't know the sizes, you can send them our way and we'll use what we can.
