  • Vendor Rates

    Thank you for supporting KYACHW. Below are listed vendor table rates for non-profit and profit organizations interested in sharing their information at the KYACHW 2024 conference. Each vender will receive conference registration, meals, and snacks for (1) person for the September 19th and 20th event. If you have additional staff that would like to attend the conference from your organization, please supply their name and payment for their registration. Please check the appropriate box. Approval is subject to space availability. Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors will receive priority vendor booth locations. Please check in with event organizer on the day of the event to get vendor booth assignment. Payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled event.

  •  Vendor Table:

    NON-Profit: If you would like your organization to be a vendor during both conference days the fee is $250.00 which includes 1 registration.

    Profit: The fee for a vendor of a profitable organization is $400.00 which also includes 1 registration.

    For set up you may set displays up on Wednesday evening September 18th after 7:00pm EST or you may set up Thursday morning September 19th by 7:30am EST.  Please remember that Friday’s conference will end by 2:00pm EST.

  • Should be Empty:
