2023 Touch A Truck Vendor Registration

Becoming a Touch A Truck Business Vendor is great way to showcase your products and services to our growing community. With families from all over Southern Maryland in attendance, you will be sure to attract new customers and make lasting connections with people from right here in our local neighborhoods.

Touch-a-Truck will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the parking lot area of the Blue Crab Stadium. Check in for vendors will begin at 7:30 AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN PLACE NO LATER THAN 9:00 A.M. Tents no larger than 10x10 are permitted as well as banners and company signage. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. You may begin to tear down at 3:00 p.m. and must be complete by 4:00 p.m. or not until after the start of the Blue Crabs game. The gates to the stadium will open at 5:30 p.m. for the Blue Crabs baseball game.

Prior to the event proof of insurance and a copy of your food vending license is required. Center for Children will provide vendors with table upon request only. Vendors must provide chairs. Please note that vedning spaces must be attended at all times. Vendors are responsible for their own financial processing abilities.

Upon vacating space, vendors must ensure that their area is trash free and clean. Confirmation emails will be sent to vendors once registration is completed.

This is a rain or shine event. Should weather conditions be such that we have to cancel the event you will receive an email 24hrs prior with cancelation instructions. Your submission and e signature serves as your consent to these terms.
