To book an appointment slot, 30% non-refundable deposit payment is to be made in which the deposit will go towards your service, the payment will be completed after the service. No deposit, no appointment.

All appointments changes or cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance

Appointment changes or cancellations done under 24 hours are subject to a fee of 30% of the service cost (deposit will become void)

Only 2 cancellations is allowed, deposit becomes null the third time

Deposit made is not refundable but transferable only if you're unable to meet up with your scheduled time

Being late 20 minutes may result in the need to reschedule your appointment entirely.

15 minutes set up time is required for home service.

No call, no text, no show will result in cancellation and deposit will automatically become void
