    • ⭐️ I only take card (including phone tap) or cash !! There is a 3.5% convenience fee/tax if you pay with card 

    •Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, to avoid any late fees


    •If you are more the 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & you will need to reschedule. I understand we all run late sometimes but please respect my time because it pushes me back and I want to make sure I have enough time to do my best work

    •If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date & time. Failing to reschedule your appointment within this time frame will result in a 40% fee for my time booked out . If your card declines the late fee &/or you don’t send it (zelle, cash app, venmo, Apple Pay, etc) , you will not be able to book any future appointments with me until I receive it .


    •Please come with clean lashes, no makeup (eyebrows okay) Dirty lashes may cause retention issues.
    •If you wear contacts please have them out for your lash appointment
    •No extra guests please
    •I do not do foreign fills ! Full sets are required for ALL first time clients. (Please book accordingly.)
    •I do not do removal and a full set of lashes in the same day
    •No refunds. All sales final

    •For refills, clients are required to have at least 40% of extensions remaining. Less than 40% retention will result in a full set. I am very honest with my work, so if you feel like they’re falling out to fast I give 48hrs for you to let me know .(Please book accordingly.) If it shows I have no availability on my website for a 2-3 week fill please message me & I might have a spot to fit you in ❤️ you are priority but I do suggest pre booking or messaging me within the first day or two, or I can’t promise that I’ll be able to fit you in .
