Students entering Level 1 or who are new to our program must also submit their baptismal certificates (even if they were baptized at SWA). Sacramental Preparation are two year programs. Students must complete Levels 1 and 2 in order to receive First Holy Communion and Levels 7 and 8 in order to receive Confirmation.

Class times:
Level 1 (1st Grade) is an at-home program. For levels 2-6, please indicate your first, second and third choice of weekly session. For levels 7-8, please indicate your first and second choice of bi-weekly session.
