Agreement

I understand that my application is condition upon review by the Certificate of Dance Entrepreneurship (hereafter "CDE") leadership. I understand that acceptance requires membership in the International Dance Entrepreneurs Association (hereafter "IDEA"). I understand and agree that this commitment is at least a one-year commitment, whether paid monthly or annually. I further understand that my membership in CDE and IDEA may be terminated if I willingly violate these terms, and I will be responsible for any balance owed resulting from this violation of this agreement. I further agree to abide by IDEA Code of Ethics, and to refrain from any misuse or unauthorized use of the IDEA and CDE logos and IDEA and CDE's intellectual properties.
