We’re grateful for the opportunity to share your work at Downtown Artist Cellar. Below are the submission guidelines and form for exhibitions in the Main and Small Galleries and for submissions to the Artisan Shop.

Instructions for Filling Out the Form
- You may submit up to 12 pieces of artwork with this form. You likely won’t need all 12 submissions—only fill out what’s necessary. If you need to submit more than the designated entries, please complete an additional form.
- To enter information for each submission, click the arrow in the numbered artwork submission field.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk * are required to submit the form.
- The form can be saved and completed at a later time.
- The form can be printed before submitting for your records.
Instructions for Uploading Artwork Images
- Images must be in a JPG Format
- Resolution can be a minimum of 72 dpi or up to 110 dpi.
- If your artwork is in a frame, please crop the frame from the photo.
- Please name each file with the name of the artist and the title.
- If NO artwork images are submitted, the Gallery Team will presume that you prefer not to exhibit artwork online.
