JAM ON HAM
Whether you are a seasoned orator or a newcomer to public speaking, this is a chance to put your ideas into action and show how words can move mountains. So come on up and show us what you've got. Jam on Ham is the perfect opportunity to develop your confidence in a game-like competition where you get "Just a Minute" to express your thoughts on an impromptu topic and leave a mark on the audience.
RULES
Participants should arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the event.
Every participant must bring their ID card during the event.
This will be an individual event, and there will be no teams.
English is the only language allowed for the event.
Using foul language or inappropriate content in the speech is not allowed, and doing so will lead to disqualification.
The top performers will be selected for the next rounds, and there will be a total of 2 rounds.
Participants will randomly draw a topic from a bowl on the spot.
Participants will be given 1 minute to gather their thoughts after topic selection.
Each participant will be given 1 minute to speak and cannot exceed the time limit, or their scores will be deducted.
The buzzer will be pressed twice, indicating 45 seconds and the final 1 minute.
The details will be finalized on the day of the event itself.
The judge's verdict is final and indisputable.
