River Clients Tattoo Submission Form

For Toby Linwood: Summers June-August
This form is only for clients on the river (HWY 96 area in CA) to request to be tattooed by Toby Linwood in Orleans during the summers.

This form doesn't guarantee you a tattoo spot. There will be limited dates and priority goes to in progress clients, clients who have been on his waitlist, and then if time allows, Toby will make the decision about other tattoo projects from this form that he wants to schedule.

Logistics:

Price: Toby charges (only for river people) $100 an hour for every hour of your appointment, including: collaborative design time, drawing, tattooing and any breaks. Please don't try to negotiate less, this is already a very discounted rate from his normal Portland session rate of $1400.

If you want to make a trip to Portland during the other part of the year and get tattooed in our shop (Tattoo 34) and you filled out this form, we will honor the river rate. Let Nisha know and she can send you a scheduling link.

Payment: cash, venmo, paypal, fb pay, or cash app. No checks or cards.

A percentage of every payment will be donated to the Karuk Mountain Dance.

Trades: We will take trades (half cash/half trade of total tattoo cost) of fire wood, fish, deer, dress/regalia making supplies (clam shells, dentalium shells, woodpecker scalps, red abalone, pine nuts and cedar/juniper berries, beargrass, deer hides), and skilled labor- you do it as a profession: (electrician, carpentry, yard work, fence builders) for help with our property in Orleans.

Deposit: A $100 deposit is required, to hold tattoo appointment time.

Tattoo Process: Design will be figured out together the day of (it must be the same concept you submit below). Toby will draw the design on your skin "freehand" (no printed stencil), he will of course work with you, confirm with you, and then tattoo it.
