Being the parent/legal guardian of, Type a label I hereby consent to permit him/her to participate in the Pedal Tractor Pull at the Morgan County Fair in 2023. I hereby expressly release the producer, the sponsors and all of their associates for any injuries of any kind of nature which may occur or be received as a result of said monor’s participation. I hereby expressly waive any and all claims for injuries that may occur should said minor be injured while being a contestant.
