MOCKTAIL WARS RULES
We as a part of the food and beverage management course, are organizing a competition for students entitled ”Mocktail War”. It is a competition in which students compete in preparing various types of mocktails.
Objective: -
- The competition aims an opportunity to demonstrate Bartending skills.
Rules and guidelines:
- Each team consist of two participants.
- Each team have to prepare two different mocktails prepared by each member
One should be Classical and another should be Innovative.
- Ingredients for the preparation of the mocktail will be provided in a common pool. But the participant has the liberty to use their own ingredients for more creativity and innovation.
- Participants should bring their own display material and glassware for the presentation.
- All the participants will have to clean their work area once the mocktails are made.
- Flaring and showmanship are to be performed during the mixing of drinks within the time limits of two hours.
The parameter of judgement shall be based on the following criteria: -
Parameter Marks
Authenticity 10
Presentation 10
Cleanliness 10
Time Management 10
Knowledge 10
Obscenity of any kind will lead to immediate disqualification.
