VALORANT RULES
For every gamer out there, we are proudly announcing that we are back with “Valorant”. First-person hero shooter games which you may have played for a pass-time can now turn you into an undisputed winner at the game.

General Guidelines:
- It is a 5 (+1) player-team tournament. A 5 man-starter roster and up to 1 substitute.
- A moderator would be spectating the matches at all times.
- Players not ready within 15 minutes prior to their match will result in a forfeit
Tournament Guidelines:
- Map Pool: Ascent, Split, Haven, Icebox, Pearl, Lotus & Fracture
All maps will be played in the standard competitive 5v5 game mode
- There will be random seeding for deciding the initial draw
- The tournament will be played as knockout (single elimination) matches, where teams will be eliminated if they lose a match
- All the first stage matches will be the best of the 1 series (BO1) in online mode.
- 8 teams will qualify for the second stage which will be conducted offline at SRM Campus on 28th April.
- 4 teams will qualify for semi-final which will be conducted after Quarter-Finals.
- Semi-Final & Final will be the best of 3 series (BO3)
- Final will be conducted offline at SRM Campus on 29th April.
- Coach (if your team have) can enter the lobby and sit in the coach slot of their respective team.
Map Pick/Ban:
- Each team must present one representative in the game
- Map ban will be done by https://www.mapban.gg/en/ban/valorant
Substitution Guidelines: -
Substitutes can be called-in after a map is over.
Mid-game substitution isn't allowed.
Note: -
- Players should bring their own devices.
- In case of offensive/explicit usernames, you will be disqualified.
- No toxic behaviors' towards your opponents, otherwise you will be disqualified.
Obscenity of any kind will lead to immediate disqualification.
