Please read carefully the following rules and regulations before filling up the registration form:
1. Payment fees shall be fully paid before the commencement of the course.
2. After the commencement of the course, registration fees are non-refundable.
3. If you wish to withdraw, you must communicate this exclusively by sending an email to info@amman.ladante.it, at least 24 hours before the commencement of the course. An administrative fee of 15% will be deducted from the amount paid. No refunds will be considered after the commencement of the course.
Note: Verbal cancellations, or cancellations communicated through SMS, WA, and Messenger will not be considered valid in accordance with these regulations..
4. Before enrolling in the course, please ensure that you have no other personal commitments during the class time, as the fees are non-refundable.
5.. Students are not eligible for refunds for lessons they do not attend or if they join after the course has already commenced.
6. If the course is cancelled for any reason students who have already paid the fees will receive a full refund. A full refund will be given for other cases determined by a committee of Dante Alighieri.
7. If you have enrolled after successfully completing a placement test or if you have joined after the classes have already commenced, it will be your responsibility to cover and compensate for any missed content autonomously.
8. The student attending online classes must commit to full attendance without being preoccupied with any other activities. Additionally, the student is expected to keep their camera activated throughout the session and refrain from deactivating it.
9. During the lessons, both online and in person, it is mandatory to set mobile phones to silent mode, and it is requested to restrict phone usage only to genuinely urgent calls and messages.
Notes:
- The minimum number to start a course is 7 students. Otherwise, course will be cancelled.
- Number of seats is limited.
- The teaching language is Italian. For A1 levels English is primarily used as the vehicular language
