Season 16 Tryouts Registration

Thank you for your interest in being part of Sparks Allstars Adult London based teams for our 2025/26 season (if you are interested in our Essex based Teams please send us an email to hello@sparks-elite.co.uk). As our London teams are for athletes aged 18+ please only fill this form out if you are that age.
Please fill out all relevant parts of the tryout registration form below providing as much detail as possible.

Teams for 2025/26 including when each team will train, will be decided and confirmed after tryouts, and will be based on interest, availability, skill level of athltetes. So please answer based on your full interest and availability, not what teams were available when they trained last season.

Our competition teams for the season are levels 1-6 plus various dance teams.

Cheer and Dance

We offer both Cheer and Dance within our program. We only allow athletes to be part of one Allstar program. (Exception to this rule is University cheer teams and National representing teams)
What are you interested in? Please note that competing teams require a high level of commitment and dedication. Additionally monthly teams require each athlete to work outside their team trinings on fitness and remembering their routine choreography. Non competitive teams are a great option for those who are unsure of their ability to commit to all training sessions for a full year, and for those who want to improve their skills in a more relaxed emvironment.

Novice, basic dance skills setIntermediate - reasonable flexibility shown in splits and kicks, double pirouette with good technique, 2-3 fouettes (may still be perfecting technique), toe touch, hurdler and split leap demonstrated with good technique.Advanced - flat splits and high kicks, strong confident double+ pirouette with varied legs and arms, 4+ fouettes and working to complex sequences, elite leaps and jumps such as firebird and spinning disc
