Joe is currently choosing a select number of projects per month. If your request is something that he does not accept, we will direct you to another artist that would be a good fit.

If we move forward with your concept, A $200 deposit is required to make your appointment. This will go towards the price of your tattoo when you come in.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Joe's current rate is $250.00 per hour.
