  • "Fueling the Future & Building Your Legacy…One Employee at a Time" Successful Women in Finance Luncheon & Discussion

Join CFO and Global Business Executive, Alison Cornell, and other Successful Women in Finance in an engaging and immersive conversation, entitled: "Fueling the Future & Building Your Legacy…One Employee at a Time". Hear how you can apply Alison’s on-going life-long efforts in women-helping-women and her insights, as a CFO and Global Business Executive, on strategies for building employee connection, leveraging teaching moments, and ensuring that each employee has a robust and actionable development plan. Alison will share how, by helping employees grow as people and professionally, inviting input, having their backs, creating family-first environments, and by genuinely caring, she has built esprit de corps at each company, helped launch successful careers, built loyalty and has forged life-long relationships with employees and colleagues, alike. Luncheon and discussion will take place from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on September 12, 2025 at Ristorante da Benito, The Wine Room, 200 Walton Avenue, Union, New Jersey. Alison Cornell has enjoyed an exciting career, having served as CFO for two publicly traded companies on the NYSE (Covance and IFF), noteworthy because only 10% of companies on the NYSE have women CFOs. Her career has spanned five different industries in a mix of publicly traded and private, equity-backed companies, including global senior finance and operational leadership roles at AT&T, Covance, IFF, and Compassion-First Pet Hospitals. Having studied at Rutgers College, Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and Harvard Business School, Alison majored in Psychology with a Philosophy minor and received an MBA in Marketing. She’s been quoted as saying that “In finance, I use my degree every day!”. Alison's impact is global, having traveled to 98 countries and all 7 continents. She continues forging her legacy today and still lives by her commitment to "women helping women" by building birthing centers, female friendly toilets, and schools, in one of the most remote and marginalized districts of Nepal. Reserve your seat now for this small group invitation-only event that promises to be unique in many ways!
