We reserve the right to deny participation to any group, business or individual that diminishes the culture, purpose or mission of our event. This event is a Charity- tax deductible donation event. Rain or shine unless weather conditions do not permit. Fees are non refundable. By filling out this form you are accepting the responsibility for your participation in LF by carrying your own insurance. Liability is dismissed for HAGA and all involved in its planning & carrying out and Volunteers and Board, upon your submittal & signature for this event. Each participant is responsible for their own trash in set up & take down. Additional charges ($100)may be incurred by you if trash is left behind at your booth space. Set up will be between 12-1pm. Anything outside of this time will interrupt programming and is a safety hazard and will not be allowed to set up. No distribution of food or drinks allowed at booth. No selling allowed at any booth without prior authorization. No distribution of materials or information outside of your booth space.
