Which side of driveway when facing the house? *
The typical size for the concrete base is approximately 18" x 18"

Option 1: Concrete is flush with driveway. Anchor is set as close as possible to driveway. The hoop's overhang from the backboard to the edge of the driveway will be between 2'6" and 3' when the basketball hoop is raised to the regulation height of 10'. If the hoop is lower than 10', the overhang will increase.

Option 2: Concrete is flush with driveway. Anchor is set back 15" and hoop is approximately 12" from driveway. The hoop's overhang from the backboard to the edge of the driveway will be between 1'6" and 2' when the basketball hoop is raised to the regulation height of 10'. If the hoop is lower than 10', then the overhang will increase.

Option 3: Concrete is not flush with driveway. Anchor is set back 27" and hoop is 24" from driveway. The hoop's overhang from the backboard to the edge of the driveway will be between 6" and 12" when the basketball hoop israised to the regulation height of 10'. If the hoop is lower than 10', then the overhang will increase.
Installation Option*
By signing this document, you are agreeing to the following:
- I will mark the location of the hoop with a stake or white "X" prior to the Gopher One call and installation.
- I will check for City Ordinance/requirements prior to installation.
- I will check with my Homeowners' Association for approval.
- I will mark any irrigation lines within 3' of the hoop's location prior to installation. Any damage to unmarked sprinkler lines will be my responsibility.
- If any unforeseen objects (sprinkler lines, large rocks, tree roots etc..) prevent Millz House from installing the anchor in the desired location, the homeowner will be notified to discuss an alternate location. If the homeowner is not available, the install will be delayed.
- I agree to pay the full amount of the hoop, including installation. Final payment is due at installation.
- If, after installation, I am unsatisfied with the hoop or its location, I may be subject to extra fees to remove or to change
