All conference activities will be held at the St. James C.M.E. Church in Chicago Heights, IL. For those needing hotel accommodations, a block of rooms has been reserved for PCN conference participants at the Hampton Inn in Tinley Park, IL. To access the special discounted room rate, participants must contact Dr. Essie Clark-George directly at (773) 484-7452.

- The registration fee is $135 per person.
- There is a payment processing fee of $4 for electronic submissions.
- The conference opens Thursday evening, October 30 and closes Saturday, November 1.
- Meals listed in the conference agenda are included in the price of registration.
- To cancel your registration, you must submit a written request postmarked no later than September 30, 2025, to Praxis Circle Network, P.O. Box 288364, Chicago, IL 60628-9998. Attn: Rev. Dr. Essie Clark George. Your registration fee will be returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the conference.
