Loan Application Authorisation and Agreement*
I/we authorise:

- AJ Motors to provide me/us with loan application services in accordance with AJ Motor’s General Terms & Conditions.
- AJ Motors to collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information about me/us in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://www.ajmotors.co.nz/privacy-policy).
- AJ Motors to disclose information in my/our finance application and other information about me/us held by AJ Motors to lenders in connection with assessing a finance application from me/us and providing finance to me/us.
- AJ Motors does not assess whether a loan is suitable or affordable- the lenders carry out those assessments.
- AJ Motors and lenders to collect information about me/us from employer(s), accountant(s), relatives, credit reporting agencies (“CRA”) and other relevant person (Thrid Parties) information about me/us in connection with my/our finance application(s).
- Relevant Third Parties to disclose information about me/us to the AJ Motors and the lenders.
- AJ Motors and lenders to disclose my/our information to CRA to carry out credit checks on me/us.
- Lenders to contact me about my/our loan applications and approved loans.
- CRAs used by AJ Motors and lenders to hold my/our personal information on their systems and to use it to provide credit reporting services including giving information about my/our defaults to other customers of the CRA.

I/we agree and confirm that:

I/we will promptly provide AJ Motors and lenders with all information (including updated information) that they reasonably request.

That all information and documents provided by me/us to AJ Motors and to lenders will be complete, correct and up-to-date and that AJ Motors will not check that information and those documents.

Lenders who receive my/our application make the lending decisions based on their credit, suitability and affordability criteria.

- Assessing my/our credit worthiness;
- Attending to the financing, whether directly or indirectly, of my/our contract(s) and enforcing AJ Motors’s rights thereunder;
- Marketing and/or informing me/us about the goods and services provided by AJ Motors
I/we authorise AJ Motors to collect from credit reporting agencies, credit providers, my/our employer(s), accountant(s), relatives, or other person(s) such personal, financial and commercial information about me/us for the said purposes.

I/we authorise AJ Motors to provide this information:
- To any person for the foregoing purposes;
- To any employees and agents of AJ Motors and/or any other person, in any ordinary course of business, for any of the foregoing purposes;
- To credit agencies for the purpose of maintaining proper or effective records.
I/we acknowledge that if i/we do not provide all or any part of the information requested on this application form, my/our application for finance may be declined. I/we further acknowledge that pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, I/we have a right of access to information collected by AJ Motors about me/us and to request that this information be corrected. The information will be held at the office of AJ Motors, 53 Springs Road, East Tamaki, Auckland or the registered offices of any party nominated by AJ Motors.
