1. Attached to, or in this email are costs only and not a confirmation of a golf cart, people mover, utility or other vehicle as a hire booking.
2. All enquires are not accepted as bookings, until Golf Cart World has received written confirmation of your enquiry.
When we have written confirmation, your carts are then allocated in our system, not before.
3. ALL BOOKINGS, ENQUIRIES, and QUOTATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED AGAIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY. “NO EXCEPTIONS”
4. All hires / bookings must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Golf Cart World reserves the right to remove the vehicle/s if payment has not been made and delivery has been made prior to payment being received.
NO invoice, NO booking, NO payment, NO hire, NO CARTS.
5. You are strongly advised to contact the appropriate owners/operators of the AREA they are to be used in and advise them of their use and what type of insurance cover (if any) they require and if an RMS Permit is REQUIRED. 6. You are strongly advised to inform your insurers of the hire of this/these vehicle’s and we may require a copy of this information.
7. You, the Hirer are responsible for any damage whatsoever to the Hire vehicle/s from the time the carts or trailers have been delivered, to the time they are collected.
You, the Hirer are responsible for full current replacement costs incurred for any vehicle/s that are stolen or misplaced whilst they are in your care.
If you have an accident and cause any damage to the hire vehicle, you must report it to your supervisor and contact Golf Cart World immediately and request an incident report form. Any damage to the hire vehicle whilst on hire is the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for in full within 7 days from the date GCW issues a repair quote.
8. You, the Hirer are responsible for any damage either personal or property caused by the vehicle/s.
If the vehicle has been hired with Conditional Registration or an Unregistered Vehicle Permit you are covered for 3rd party personal incidents only.
9. Changes to bookings can only be made 7 days prior to delivery.
10. Our HIRE AGREEMENT is available on request and must be signed by an authorised person on delivery.
If an invoice has been supplied, it is due and payable on or before the completion of hire or otherwise agreed.
