This is an agreement between you and FIERCE4® Fitness that describes your rights to use the FIERCE4® F.U.N. PAK TOOLS, MATERIALS, DOWNLOADS, DOCUMENTS, VIDEOS, etc…. and SERVICES. You should review the entire agreement because all of the terms are important and together create a legal agreement, once accepted by you, that applies to you. Additionally, there are documents and policies that we link to in this agreement and we encourage you to read those as well.
