  • Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. All recipients will be notified on or before the 5th of May 2024.

    After you have completed the application, you will need to complete/submit the following items:
    • Essay (must be typed)
    • 2 letters of recommendation (must be signed by recommender, can be signed digitally)
    • Copy of Transcript

  • If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the personal information submitted below. Please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation.

    Information regarding gender, ethnic origin and race are optional. The information is requested for post-scholarship report generation only and in no way affects your selection for college scholarship awards. However, providing this information may increase your opportunities for scholarships where donors have asked that priority consideration be given to students meeting certain demographic criteria (such as minority status, parent's place of employment, area of study, etc.)

  • Essay

  • You will need to submit an essay explaining why you feel you deserve a local scholarship. Include any information you
    wish to be considered in the decision to award the scholarship. This essay must be 1-2 pages (2 pg max) double spaced
    and typed.

    You will need to submit a resume listing all of your extracurricular activities, community service hours, and work experience from your time in high school. Please include the grade(s) that you participated in those items. It can be any format that you already have, or you may use the sample we provide.

    You will need to submit 2 letters of recommendation that can be used for any scholarship application. The letters should be addressed: “To Whom It May Concern.” These letters must be signed (can be signed electronically).
