For this month's book club, we will read and discuss THE SHERLOCK SOCIETY, a fast-paced mystery filled with humor and adventure by one of the most popular children's book authors, James Ponti.

It centers around 4 kids who are looking for a long-lost treasure supposedly hidden near their hometown of Miami. Their investigation into the local doings of famed gangster Al Capone leads them to a remote island in the middle of the Everglades where they find alarming evidence hinting at corporate corruption.

1. Get the Book!

Students are encouraged to read the book before the meeting. Check your local library for a copy. If you prefer to buy it, BookPeople will provide a 10% discount on all book club purchases.
