      1. Lock-Up Period. Only notes that have completed their lock-up period are eligible for redemption. Notes still within their lock-up period are not available for redemption at this time.
      2. Advance Notice. A 90-day advance notice is required for all redemption requests. Trophy Point Capital Management reserves the right to process requests on an expedited basis at its sole discretion.
      3. FIFO Processing. All redemptions are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Your earliest promissory notes on record will be redeemed first, regardless of the amount requested.
      4. Investor Priority. No single investor has priority over another.
      5. Full Redemption Rights. Trophy Point Capital reserves the right to redeem your investment in full, even if a partial redemption was requested.
      6. Early Redemption Penalty. Redemptions submitted during a lock-up period or requested before the required 90-day advance notice window may be subject to a penalty at management's discretion.
      7. Account Information. Please ensure all account details are accurate, including account number, account holder name, and preferred transfer method (ACH or wire). Any errors may result in our financial institution passing on return fees to you.

      1. Full Note Redemptions Required. Only full Note redemptions are accepted. Per the terms of your Promissory Note and Subscription Agreement, partial redemptions are not permitted. If you wish to continue investing, you may reinvest at a minimum of $10,000.
      2. Advance Notice. A 30-business-day advance notice is required for all Liquid Note redemption requests. Trophy Point Capital Management reserves the right to process requests prior to that window at its sole discretion.
