San Japan 14 (2023) - Table Split Request
This form is to allow VERIFIED artists who have already purchased an Artist table to split a table. We will only have a table to be split into two groups in total. BOTH artists must share a 6' x 30" table and the 5' given behind the artist.

All artist tables have been already sold for San Japan as of April 18th, 2023 and we will not be releasing any additional artist tables for sale. The only way you will be able to purchase or obtain a table is through our Art Contest.

Confirmation EmailThis is to let the artist you're sharing with know that they have a person sharing their table. If the e-mail comes back as bounced or that doesn't match the e-mail we have for the artist you're sharing with we will reject this application. DO NOT put your e-mail address here as we WILL reject this application. IF we get an e-mail back from an artist saying that they are not aware of a table split then you will be BANNED from all San Japan conventions (so don't risk it).
NOTICE:
- By splitting the table you have read the San Japan Artist Alley Rules. If you or the group you're splitting the table with is kicked out of San Japan for breaking the rules then will both be required to leave the convention and will both be potentially banned from applying to all future San Japan conventions.
- Multiple table splits/shares will be denied. Only one table is split/shared per artist table.
- All requests after August 5th, 2023 will not be considered.
- You will receive an automatic reply from Jotform. If you don't see it then we did not see it either.
