This form is to allow VERIFIED artists who have already purchased an Artist table to put in a request for an assignment to sit next to an artist. We can not guarantee that your request will be met.

 

All artist tables have been already sold for San Japan as of April 18th, 2023 and we will not be releasing any additional artist tables for sale. The only way you will be able to purchase a table is through our Art Contest. Artists who win the Art Contest or finalists of the Art Contest will not be able to submit an assignment table request.

Select which VERIFIED Artist group from which you are from verified artists in 2023. The table request will only be allowed for artists who paid for an artist table in full. Artists who win the Art Contest or finalists of the Art Contest will not be able to submit an assignment table request. Requests must be in by August 5th, 2023.

NOTICE:

• Requests made on this form are for requests only. San Japan can not guarantee your request will be fulfilled. This includes if you have a medical condition.
  
• Only two artists who wish to sit next to each other may put in for assignment requests. If three artists put in requests to be next to each other we will flag it as an attempt to merge or share tables which will risk forfeiting the tables. Sorry if that ticks you off that 3 artists can't sit next to each other but others have ruined the party by joining tables together in the past by doing this.
• Multiple assignment requests will be denied. Only one request per artist.
• All requests after August 5th, 2023 will not be considered.
• All table assignments after they have been posted are final. We will not reassign you to a preferred table.
• If you don't see an automatic reply from Jotform then we didn't either.
