Community groups or organizations requesting to reserve a free space at the Port Orchard Farmers Market will must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a nonprofit organization, government agency, or community service organization.
- Be offering services and/or information related to the farmers market, or services/information of interest to the greater market community.
- Not conducting political campaigning or religious proselytizing.
- Provide their own canopy, canopy weights (required minimum of 25lbs per leg), table, chairs, and weather protection.
In addition to these eligibility requirements, community groups / organizations should note the following information regarding participation at the Port Orchard Farmers Market:
- Due to high demand, free space booths are limited. Market staff is responsible for determining availability of space for each market date.
- Information may be passed out from 10'x10' stall area only.
- No microphones or electronically enhanced presentations are permitted.
- Sales are limited to raffle tickets or show/event tickets. If you wish to sell a product, please inquire about screening and member/vendor details.
- Community Booth groups are subject to all market policies as contained in the Vendor Guide available on the Vendor Information page at www.pofarmersmarket.com, unless otherwise specified.
