Licenses & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for all the licenses and taxes related to their sales.

I/We acknowledge the types of items NOT ACCEPTABLE at the event:
Items relating to alcohol or drugs, or feature profanity or nudity.
Items that may be deemed offensive or are overtly political in nature.

Hours, Location, Setup and Breakdown

Location: McCauley Park in Nixa (701 N. Taylor Way)

Date: July 15, 2023

Hours open to the public: 7:45 AM – 2 PM

Setup: 6:00 AM – 7:45 AM

Breakdown: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Booths must remain open between 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Participants are responsible for their selling spaces. Before leaving, all spaces must be clean and trash-free.

Staffing

Participant spaces must be manned at all times and intact until the event concludes.

Participant Responsibility

Participants will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to their property by theft, fire, or casualty. Ozarks Teen Challenge expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Participants shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities because of or in connection with their operation. Each participant is responsible for the conduct of their staff and activities and must not distract from the image or welfare of the event.

Payment & Cancellation of Space

The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the reserved space and is due with the submission of this application. The event is a fundraiser; hence the registration fee is not refundable. The fee will be considered a donation and a donation receipt will be issued. Ozarks Teen Challenge is not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the participant from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health, or other causes of non-participation. The fee will be considered a donation and a donation receipt will be issued.

Indemnification

The participants agree to indemnify and hold Ozarks Teen Challenge from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to persons or property, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the participants at the event.
