    Listed below is a complete selection of sponsorships for KYACHW. Depending on what is important to you, you can build a sponsorship package that meets your marketing needs. (Description of sponsorship opportunities are found on page 2 and 3). Please check desired level. All sponsor attendees will need to register for the conference.

  • We hold one conference per year and numerous trainings throughout the state. We will reserve your sponsorship table at our event upon your request on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any questions please contact us, we value your support and would like to help you maximize your return on investment.

  • KYACHW Sponsor/Vendor Relationship Statement

    KYACHW considers our sponsor/ vendor relationship as an integral part of our mission to unify, promote and sustain the profession of Community Health Worker. In addition to providing professional development, we feel that it is also important to keep our members up to date on products and services available to CHWs and the populations they serve. That's where valuable organizations/companies such as yours play a vital role. As a non-profit organization, KYACHW is dedicated to promoting and expanding the profession of CHW; as we are certain they are the missing link to bridging the gap between health and health care for our fellow human beings. That is why it is so important for us to keep our expenses to a minimum. By doing so, we are able to return funds back to our members in the form of high quality professional development at a cost that is bottom dollar. By offering trainings that are financially accessible, we ensure that more CHWs are able to attend without putting undue burden on already stretched organizational and personal budgets. In return, this frees up funds that organizations can use to further reach members of our communities.

    We are pleased to share the following sponsorship opportunities with you. These opportunities can be customized to meet your organization's individual needs and budget.

  • Diamond $10,000

    This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have organization/company logo on conference program; logo on screen during opening and networking lunch; verbal recognition as Diamond level sponsor during conference opening remarks; recognition as Diamond sponsor on KYACHW Annual Conference webpage with link to sponsor homepage; one Diamond sponsorship booth and sponsor supplied marketing materials in conference attendee bags. Conference registration, meals and snacks for up to 8 people and speak about 5-10 minutes about your organization/program during lunch on the first day of conference which will be held on September 21-22, 2023. This level will give your organization recognition for your support and sponsorship at each KYACHW quarterly and special meetings through one year, (starting September 2023 thru August 2024).

  • Platinum $5,000

    This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have organization/company logo on conference program; logo on screen during opening and networking lunch; verbal recognition as Platinum level sponsor during conference opening remarks; recognition as Platinum sponsor on KYACHW Annual Conference webpage with link to sponsor homepage; one Platinum booth and sponsor supplied marketing materials in conference attendee bags. Conference registration, meals and snacks for up to five (5) people.

  • Gold $3,500

    This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have organization/company logo on conference pro- gram; logo on screen during opening and networking lunch; verbal recognition as Gold level sponsor during conference opening remarks; recognition as Gold level sponsor on KYACHW Annual Conference webpage with link to sponsor homepage; one Gold booth and sponsor supplied marketing materials in conference attendee bags. Conference registration, meals and snacks for up to four (4) people on September 21-22, 2023

  • Silver $1,500

    This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have organization/company logo on conference pro- gram; logo on screen at opening and general sessions; verbal recognition as Silver level sponsor during conference opening remarks; recognition as Silver level sponsor on KYACHW Annual Conference webpage with link to sponsor homepage; one Silver booth and sponsor supplied marketing materials in conference attendee bags.   • Bronze $ 750

    This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have organization/company logo on conference pro- gram; logo on screen at opening and general sessions; verbal recognition as Bronze level sponsor during conference opening remarks; recognition as Bronze level sponsor on KYACHW Annual Conference webpage with link to sponsor homepage; one Bronze booth and sponsor supplied marketing materials in conference attendee bags.   • Sponsor Registration and Payment Deadline: 30 days prior to event

    Sponsor registration and payment deadline is timed to allow for adequate space preparation, printing materials, and other planning needs. All sponsors must check in at the registration table on the day of the conference as booths will be assigned. Any extensions must be approved on a case by case basis by the KYACHW Conference Planning Committee.
