It is the responsibility of the borrowing teacher to both collect and return the loan during the Museum’s opening hours, Thurs, Fri and Sat 10.00 to 4.00.

Collection is possible from the Saturday before the new half term begins and return must be by the Saturday at the end of term.

Completion of this form does not guarantee the availability of the loan box. Please await reply after submission.

If the loan box is available, payment by cheque or BACS is required in order to reserve the loan.
