By registering themselves, participants give the organisers the consent to process their personal data according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Act no. 18/2018 Col. on Personal Data Protection as amended. The data shall be used within the CERV Project “Towards Democratic and Inclusive Europe: EP Elections and Active Citizens Participation and Contribution” (EUact2). The data will be shared among the partner organizations of the project, specifically GLOBSEC, ELIAMEP, IDM and EM Ireland and with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Union. The personal data is processed only in limited scope, such as for execution of rights and fulfilment of obligations in connection with showing evidence of project guidelines compliance, performing project-related activities and carrying out other necessary activities of the organisers in the necessary extent. Data will be protected, maintained confidential and stored for five years and will be used for declared purposes only. The participants acknowledge that events may be recorded and made available on the data controllers´ websites and/or social media channels as a video footage and/or photo images. The participants as data subjects have their rights guaranteed according to Art. 21, 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27 of Act no. 18/2018 Col. on Personal Data Protection as amended. In order to execute their rights relating to data processing, data subjects can contact data controllers via privacy@globsec.org.
