Our goal is to provide a home from home setting for children aged 6 months to 12 years in which they can grow, learn and develope.

Our aim is that children are well cared for meeting both their physical and emotional needs and parents can feel confident when they entrust their children to us.

STEP 2: Those applying for a position will be called for an interview only if the applicant’s qualifications/skill set is deemed a good fit for our open positions.

STEP 3: We place great value on safety and training at Spraoi and Sonas Early Learning Centres. We require all staff to undergo mandatory training most of which can be completed through online platforms.

The first part is online training on Child Protection and Awareness.

The second part of training is specific to the role where staff members will be working and will be held in person with the Crèche Manager or Area Manager.
This is a necessary part of working in the early learning and care sector, so that we can ensure practitioners are familiar with the requirements of the role both from a regulatory compliance and care perspective and can maintain a level of excellence in the care that we provide.

Depending on the training and qualifications previously completed by the application we will make additional training in areas such as First Aid, curriculum plannning, manual handling and other relevant subjects.
