2024 Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Half Marathon, & 5K Bulk Payment Agreement
The Bulk Pay option is available for approved accounts that anticipate having 20 or more race registrants that the company will be invoiced to pay for two weeks before race day.

THE BULK PAYMENT PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Complete this Bulk Payment Agreement below.
2. Pending approval of the agreement, you will be emailed an unique payment code to provide to the individuals you wish to cover payment for. When they apply the code to their registration on the check out screen it will zero out the price of the event. Note, any merchandise in the cart will have to be paid for by the registrant during check out.
3. Bulk codes expire at 11:59 PM on Friday, February 2, 2024.
4. Following the bulk payment deadline, an invoice will be generated that will include the number of times the code was used multiplied by the corresponding entry fees. It will also include the 5.5% processing fee + $1.00 per registration.
5. Race packets cannot be distributed to any participant that registered using the code until the invoice is paid in full.
IMPORTANT
- A bulk code cannot be applied to a pre-existing registration.
- By filling out this form you are taking responsibility for code distribution and management to your recipients. The Austin Marathon takes no responsibility for misuse in the distribution or incurred cost for unintended use of the registration payment code once issued.
- If you need more time for invoicing, please let us know and we can close your code earlier.
- The code can be used for any race distance; Marathon, Half Marathon, & 5K events.
APPLYING THE CODE
To apply the code, copy it from the email, then paste it into the "Promo Code" box located on the "Check Out" page at the end of the event registration process. Next, press the "Apply" button to clear the registration fee out of the cart. Any extra items added to the cart, such as merchandise or charity donations, must be paid with a credit card in order to complete the registration.

SETTING UP A TEAM
Using the Bulk Pay code does NOT automatically create a team. If you wish to create a team for your colleagues/ co-workers to join, go here for details.
