Speckle Park International Limited ("SPI") recognises the importance of being able to support claims made about the Speckle Park breed with quality, independent data.

SPI acknowledges the significant work carried out by its members in the area of data generation and encourages members to share their data with SPI to be used for promotional purposes.

Data is provided to SPI through this Data Warehouse on the following terms:

1. Data submitted must be from animals sired by Speckle Park bulls registered with SPI only;

2. The Submitter irrevocably authorises SPI to use the data and any other information contained in this submission (including photos) for any and all purposes connected with the promotion of the Speckle Park breed and SPI (including sharing the information with international Speckle Park associations/societies);

3. If the Submitter elects to remain anonymous, they must provide their contact details in this submission for verification purposes however, their details will not be shared when the data is used. Otherwise, SPI will use reasonable endeavours to credit the Submitter when the data is quoted publicly, having regard to the nature and type of the use;

4. The Submitter warrants to SPI:

(a) all information contained in this submission is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief;

(b) all data obtained from the relevant trial/competition/processing facility etc has been provided and that data has not been removed, altered or excluded;

(c) they are either the rightful owner of the data or are lawfully entitled to use the data and to authorise SPI to use the data;

(d) they will respond to requests for further information or clarification from or on behalf of SPI within a reasonable time after request.

By completing this Data Warehouse Upload Form and pressing “submit” the Submitter confirms they accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you have multiple sets of data, please complete one submission form per source (i.e one submission per carcase competition/trial etc).
