Our new Chella Pro Incentive Program (CPIP) rewards our valued clients with exclusive benefits, including staff commissions, gift cards, and free filled custom eyebrow kits. The program has three tiers, and the benefits are based on quarterly orders placed.

To join you must create a Chella Pro account. There is no cost to join CPIP.

I. INTRODUCTION
This contract is between (The Company Named Above) and Mosaic Distributors, LLC DBA Chella Pro

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Mosaic Distributors, LLC and the Company acknowledge the terms of this Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS
Qualifying for the Chella Pro Incentive Program (CPIP) - the Company agrees:

1. That the minimum purchase requirements are at least $3,000 in any quarter to be eligible to receive rewards for that quarter. There is no carryover from one quarter to the next.

2. The 1st Quarter starts Jan 1st of each year. All incentives will be paid out by the 21st of the month following the end of each quarter

3. Rewards and Tiers are defined in the “Chella Pro Incentive Program”
Chella will deliver all "Rewards as outlined in the “Chella Pro Incentive Program”.

4. In return for all of Chella’s Training, Education, Support, Rewards, and other details as outlined in the “Chella Pro Incentive Program”, the Company agrees to use its best efforts to implement and execute this plan as outlined above. We understand that this is a non-binding agreement on the part of the Company however, Chella will perform its obligations as long as the Purchase requirements are met. Either party may terminate at any time for any reason.

5. Chella Pro Ambassador: The Company agrees that Mosaic Distributors & Company will work together to identify a Company employee who will become the face of Chella and who will be responsible for the successful support and implementation of the CPIP. The Company agrees that Mosaic Distributors will pay commissions as outlined in the CPIP program directly to the Chella Pro Ambassador. The Company will notify Mosaic of any changes to that role as needed.

IV. CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract is strictly confidential.

V. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Mosaic Distributors, LLC) & Company).

VI. GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed under the laws of (CA, USA).

VII. SIGNATURES
We, the undersigned, agree that we have read this contract and are bound by its terms and conditions.
