- All appointment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Should you need to cancel your appointment please call at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment we reserve the right to charge your credit card a $20.00 no show fee
- For appointments that are rescheduled, the appointment fee is transferred.
