Welcome to ArtWeek Berkshires! Individuals and organizations throughout the county are invited to take part in this multi-day festival of creativity. Enter a performance, studio visit, gallery show or talk - anything creative! See samples below. Events can be solo or collaborative, pre-planned or created just for ArtWeek. It is FREE to participate and ArtWeek presentations can occur ANYWHERE in Berkshire County! NOTE: All participants are strongly encouraged to offer an experiential element as part of their ArtWeek offering.
Sample ArtWeek Berkshire Events that are Experiential
- Share your artist studio in an Open Studio visit
- Teach a creative workshop at a local venue
- Organize a show, reading or performance with an artist talk
- Open behind-the-scenes activity to visitors
- Showcase comedy in a local cafe
- Create a menu item to celebrate ArtWeek Berkshires
- Demonstrate how you build a guitar
- Invite the artist to meet with patrons once or twice during the duration of the exhibit
About ArtWeek Berkshires

ArtWeek Berkshires is a collaboration of the five Cultural Districts in Berkshire County: Downtown Great Barrington, Lenox, North Adams, Pittsfield (Upstreet Cultural District), and Williamstown.
