Below is a list of Medical Conditions that could affect Placenta Encapsulation. In some cases, we simply need to adjust the method used when processing the Placenta. In other cases, we need to adjust dosage instructions. And in rare cases, Placenta Encapsulation is not a safe option. You and your baby's medical information will always be kept confidential.
Let Lauren know as soon as possible if you have any of the following Medical Conditions at any time during pregnancy:
- Gestational Diabetes (or Type 1 or 2 Diabetes)
- GBS (Group B Streptococcus)
- PUPPS
- Cholestasis
- Any STIs (sexually transmitted infections) including, but not limited to, HIV or Hep B or C
- Any high-blood pressure conditions like pregnancy-induced Hypertension or Toxemia, Preeclampsia, Eclampsia, or HELLP Syndrome
Let Lauren know as soon as possible if your baby has any of the following genetic disorders:
- Sickle Cell
- Tay-Sachs
- Thalassemia
