Clarification of Role
This role is a sales position. It is not a coaching position nor a call where you simply enroll a person. You must have prior experience with really diving into what a person needs. You will be talking to people who are wanting to start a heart centered business for the most part. They are very sincere. I love the people who are drawn to me. They are fantastic. This is not a marketing role either. My marketing has been done by the time they get to the call. You are representing me and my School and process. You are standing in for me. There is no pressure to 'win them over,' your role is simply to help them discover what they need and you will determine if our program is a fit. Just like with every business tool I use, I have taken the research and best practices and have mulched them for our very nuanced and sensitive market. Even though this is truly a business opportunity along with intensive subject matter training and ongoing consulting support, and well worth the investment, the journey you will take with our potential students is still a tender one.

I draw healers and strong people who are savvy in personal and spiritual development...people who are in touch with their suffering. Please state specifically how you feel about talking with strangers about very private and personal experiences and goals. Sometimes they will tell you of tragic things they have experienced like homicide or suicide of a loved one, death of a child (often), rape, serious abuse, domestic violence. This kind of work brings up a person's own history with grief. And this is not the venue for helping them process of course, even if you are a trained practitioner. Do you feel you have the talent/skill/comfort with redirecting someone when this kind of thing is brought up? How would you handle it?
