Permit Player Application
Permits are granted for the NSW State Band Championships per Section 20 of the By-Laws. Submission of the form is considered acceptance of this section. SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL must be completed no later than 14 days before the commencing date of the Contest. The form is required to be completed by the band requesting the Permit only. The permit is not considered to be approved until the application has been reviewed, and an email has been issued by BANSW with the outcome. It is up to bands to ensure that they have received a response to the application before the Contest.
