Thank you for registering your interest in bringing a group to Camp Wilmot. We hope that we can work together to create a visit that will suit your needs. Once you have had confirmation of the dates please mail your deposit (10% of total cost or $100, depending which is greater) to Camp Wilmot, 5 Whites Pond Road, Wilmot, NH, 03287. Please make sure and include your name and dates of planned visit with your check. Your booking will only be confirmed once your deposit has been received. The balance will be due 2 weeks before your visit. Please also read all of the attached information in our policies and procedures document. By signing this form you acknowledge that you have read the policies and procedures document (below) and also agree to the terms and conditions. We will need a signed waiver for every youth and adult who is spending time on site. These can be printed and brought with you or signed electronically using the attached pdfs (bottom of this form).
