  • Reservation Confirmation Process

    Upon submitting your reservation request form, you will receive an initial confirmation notice indicating that your submission has been received and is under review.

    Once the reservation is processed—meaning a site has been assigned and your full payment has been received for your entire stay—you will receive a second confirmation email outlining the full details of your reservation. This email will be sent to the address you provided during the reservation process.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Effective immediately, all reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    Our cancellation policy

    Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a 10% processing fee.
    Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

    If you fail to arrive on the first day of your reservation and have not contacted the office regarding a delay, your reservation will be canceled and made available to other guests.

    We strongly recommend reviewing this policy prior to making your reservation.
