Raw and Unedited Images Clause:

By clicking here, the client agrees that the raw images provided by the studio are unedited and not processed in any way. Any editing or post-processing of the raw images will be done at the studio's standard editing rate and only upon the client's request.
Imperfections Clause:

By clicking here, the client agrees that the raw images may contain technical imperfections, such as blurriness, overexposure or underexposure, and other photographic errors. The studio shall not be held responsible for any technical imperfections in the raw images as they are presented "as-is."
Confidentiality Clause:

By clicking here, the client agrees that the raw images are for the client's viewing only and shall not be shared publicly or commercially, as the raw images do not represent the final product of the studio's work. The client shall not sell or distribute the raw images, in part or in whole, to any third-party entity.
Final Sales Clause:

By clicking here, the client agrees that all sales of the raw images are final, and no refunds or exchanges shall be issued. The client understands that the purchase of the raw images is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. In the event of any dissatisfaction with the raw images, the client may choose to purchase editing services or other products from the studio at the studio's standard rates.
