I acknowledge that my participation in the virtual 5K run/walk event involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury, and assume the risk for the same. In addition, I acknowledge that I am responsible for creating my own 5K route, and in doing so, I assume any and all risks present on my 5K route. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and legal representatives and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, absolve, discharge and agree to hold harmless release and discharge Frank and Ruby Deanes Pencil Fund and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands, losses or damages, incurred by me or my children in connection with any aspect of the 5K run/walk event.
