  • THE SPACE

    A private 2 Bedroom beach house, with 2 extra sleeping areas, exclusive pool and beach access in a less crowded area in Morong, Bataan. 

    NUMBER OF BEDROOMS: 2 (Air Conditioned Rooms), 2 (extension rm w/ AC access)

    LIVING RM: can accomodote up to 8 pax and has AC system


    NUMBER OF BATHS: 2 (Hot and Cold Shower), 1 (outdoor shower)
    BED TYPE: 2 Full Beds, 2 Double Size Bunk bed, 1 Sofa Bed

    The Villa is ideal for 14 people including children but we can actually accommodate up to 20, Please inform us ahead of time so we can prepare the floor bed mat for your needs at an extra cost of (Php. 250/hd).

    AMENITIES

    PRIVATE POOL: 23 Square Meters
    ENTERTAINMENT:  NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, FREE WIFI, BOARD GAMES, VOLLEYBALL & FRISBEE  (VIDEOKE & PROJECTOR may be rented out) -pls. advice ahead            

    FULL KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Electric Hub Stove, Drinking Water in container, Microwave Oven, Griller, Rice Cooker, Airpot, Cookware, Cooler, Kitchenware and Utensils

    BEACH ACCESS: 3-5mins walk (in front of subdivision) free for all guest
    Beach front Amenities: Infinity Pool and Bar
    (5 pax only are free to use the beach front amenities more than that the admin office will charge 150/hd which you may settle at the office.)

    PARKING SPACE

    There is only 1 car space inside the premises. But 4-5 more cars can still be park on the subdivision road.

    REMINDERS

    • A reservation of Php.5,000 is needed to book your desired date. Full payment is due a day before your check in date. Failure to remit payment may result to the cancellation of your reservation. 

    • A cash incidental deposit of Php. 2,000 will be required along with the full payment. This deposit is fully refundable 2-3 hours after check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

    *Refund will be made through bank deposit or gcash payment as well.

    • Please bring your own towels and toiletries.

    • Our Villa is a non smoking area, you may smoke outside of the premises.

    • Our Villa is surrounded by lush fields and majestic mountains, making it natural for insects to be part of the environment.

    • Please watch your step, although our place has an open space concept please be reminded that there is a step in between the living room and dining area which you might not notice.

    • We allow pets! but to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we need to impose some terms and condition:

        Fee: We charge 500 php for each pet, maximum of 3 pets only.

        Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of 1000php is required upon check in for any damages caused by the pet during the stay

        Pets must not exceed 30 pounds and its shoulder height is 16-20 inches only.

        Pets must be properly groomed (trimmed nails and wears diaper).

        Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

    • In the event there is a RED ALERT ADVISORY (due to storm or strong current not in our control) and beach cannot be utilize

      If your already on the resort we cannot refund but as compensation we will allow 14 pax to utilize the infinity pool. 

      If you'll opt to resched due to heavy rainfall we still cannot refund but as compensation we can rebook you on your desired date as long as its available.
