  • The Franklin Regional Council of Governments will handle all Heath Board of Health (BOH) permits and other documents this year, including insurance. Refer to the attached registration letter for details, and visit http://frcog.org/inspections-permits/health/. If you do not have Internet access, call the BOH at 413.337.4934 ext. 8 for advice on how to proceed.

  • INSURANCE

  • Food vendors must also send this certificate to the Board of Health via the new online system (see below). Insurance is required for food vendors. If you have insurance please include your current certificate of insurance listing Heath Agricultural Society as additionally insured.

  • ARTS, CRAFTS AND OTHER NON-FOOD VENDORS

  • INSURANCE

  • Vendors are strongly encouraged to provide insurance (for food vendors it is mandatory). If you have insurance please include your current certificate of insurance listing Heath Agricultural Society as additionally insured.
