Thank you for your interest in joining us at Rogue Fest 2023! Here’s a couple things you’ll need to know:
Cost for the Weekend:
$150 per approx. 10 x 10 area and 1 weekend pass (approx. value of $110). Limited power is available for an additional $50. If power is needed, please confirm all details with Production Manager Sully Messner. Camping available for additional fee of $40 per person.

Vendor Hours of Operation:
- Saturday, August 19 from 11 AM – 6 PM (can go until 10:30pm at vendors discretion)
- Sunday, August 20 from 11 AM – 5:30 PM
Vendors are welcome to open earlier/later, as well as be opened to sell on Friday but we request that your booth be manned and accessible during the times above.
Load In:
Set up of vendors will take place during the day on Thursday August 17 or Friday August 18 by 3pm. Structures and/or food vehicles on-site must stay until the end of the festival on Sunday August 20.
Complete details of Load In and Out will be emailed to all participating vendors by our Production Manager, Sully Messner, closer to the festival.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors are required to supply their own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc), display materials, lighting, weatherproofing, and flooring (if necessary). Compliance with Vancouver Coastal Health food vendor (if applicable) regulations and Sechelt Fire regulations are required. Vendors are responsible for obtaining a local business permit and insurance. All tents must be up to the CanULC/S-109 rating of fire resistance.
