❗️REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel your tournament registration after paying the entry fee:
You can have a full credit towards any future tournament.
Or, you can have a refund minus $10 registration fee for each player registered.
Cancellations must be received by email before 9:00am the Thursday before the day of the event. Any cancellations after 9:00am or no shows will not be credited.
To use your credit, simply register and pay for the desired tournament. Then email chessmaxinc@gmail.com to notify us and we will refund the entry fee to your credit card.
